Reblx SMS

1. Program Description

Reblx operates an automated mobile messaging alert system designed to notify maintenance personnel, technicians, and coordinators. These text notifications convey operational updates, including new work order assignments, status shifts, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment check-out reminders.

2. User Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to a Reblx system administrator during onboarding or profile configuration, and by toggling on the SMS subscription channel in the Settings > Notifications panel, you consent to receive recurring automated operational text alerts from us.

Note: Consent to receive text messages is not a requirement of system account setup, and you can disable SMS alerts at any time while keeping your email notifications active.

2.1. User Opt-In Proof & Interface Demonstration

Administrators and technicians configure their preferences on a secure dashboard. Below is an exact demonstration of the notification preferences page where users explicitly check the toggle box and consent to the SMS disclaimer terms:

3. How to Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel and opt-out of the SMS service at any time.

To unsubscribe from Reblx SMS alerts, simply reply STOP to our phone number.

After you send the text message "STOP" to us, we will send you a single SMS confirmation message to verify that you have been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from our number.

If you wish to re-subscribe in the future, you can toggle the settings switches back on inside the Settings panel of your app or contact your system administrator.

4. Customer Support (HELP)

If you are experiencing issues with the mobile alerts program, you can reply to our messages with the keyword HELP to receive instructions. You can also get support directly by emailing us at support@reblx.com.

5. Carrier Liability and Disclaimers

Mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Deliveries are dependent on active cellular service coverage and wireless network routing.

6. Message Rates and Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us, and to us from you. Message frequency varies and depends entirely on the volume of work orders, active assignments, and maintenance schedules linked to your account.

If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider directly.

7. Privacy Policy

Your phone number and consent details are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or consent details with third parties or marketing affiliates. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
